It’s Mental Health Awareness Week in May and we are delighted to have Kit, the founder of the Sitsat Meditation space, as the co-host of our upcoming Listen & Learn event. Having worked in the corporate world previous to becoming a meditation teacher, Kit has discovered first hand that anyone can meditate and enjoy the benefits it brings… anyone!
All proceeds will go to MindHK, a local charity that aims to raise awareness and understanding of mental health in Hong Kong.

Kit is a certified McLean Meditation Institute Meditation & Mindfulness teacher and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She found meditation when she tried to reclaim her well-being from working for over a decade in the demanding corporate world.
