Motherhood can be a rewarding and challenging experience, one that often people feel they have to survive through balancing many plates spinning to get it ‘right.’
In this panel we will explore the different journeys mothers go on- the highs, the lows, the shifts in identity, the balancing acts, the mom guilt, and the overall mental load. You’ll hear from a panel of mothers about their personal experiences, how they helped their mental wellbeing, and success stories of where they are today.
5 women, 5 different stories and an open Q&A: Expect open, raw, and honest stories that will leave you feeling part of a tribe, connected, informed, and inspired.
$50 of each ticket sold will be donated to the charity Mother’s Choice – A local Hong Kong charity serving the many children without families and pregnant teenagers in Hong Kong.
